The TIM NUG is a commitment to: \n\nThe Safety of Responders and All Road Users\nSafe\, Quick Clearance\nCommunication\, Coordination\, and Cooperation\n\nThe Train-the-Trainer (TtT) course provides trainers with the knowledge and materials necessary for them to conduct TIM training for responders in their area or state. DESCRIPTION:Utah TIM Coalition Meeting – Thursday\, Aug. 20\, 2026 – 11 AM-2 PM\nUDOT Region 2 Office\, Hurley Conference Room\n2010 S. 2760 W.\, Salt Lake City\, Utah 84104 \nPlease RSVP for the next Utah Traffic Incident Management (TIM) Coalition meeting by emailing lee.perry@parsons.com. Lunch will be provided – please RSVP to ensure we have enough food for everyone. \nOur Purpose\nThe Utah TIM Coalition supports a vision of working together to “Promote\, develop and sustain a multi-disciplinary TIM program that has a multi-jurisdictional focus to achieve enhanced responder safety\, quick clearance and reliable interagency communications.” Safe\, quick clearance of existing crashes reduces the time and possibility of secondary crashes and\, it also reduces the time that emergency responders are “at risk” while performing duties to clear the roadways. \nAs always\, we encourage agencies to bring ideas or incidents to debrief at future TIM Coalition meetings.
