I-80 EMS Incident that resulted in driver conviction and responder death.\n• What is Fire/EMS role and how do they help with Safe\, Quick Clearance?\n• Emergency Communications tools and techniques.\n• New technology to assist in quicker clearance. \nLunch will be provided – please RSVP by May 11\, 2026 to ensure we have enough food for everyone. \nOur Purpose\nThe Utah TIM Coalition supports a vision of working together to “Promote\, develop and sustain a multi-disciplinary TIM program that has a multi-jurisdictional focus to achieve enhanced responder safety\, quick clearance and reliable interagency communications.” Safe\, quick clearance of existing crashes reduces the time and possibility of secondary crashes and\, it also reduces the time that emergency responders are “at risk” while performing duties to clear the roadways. \nAs always\, we encourage agencies to bring ideas or incidents to debrief at future TIM Coalition meetings.
